George Rosenberg was born in Vienna, Austria. He is an advocate, admitted to the Israel Bar in 1969. He is also a member of the Quebec, Canada Bar, to which he was admitted in 1962. He was educated at McGillUniversity, in Montreal, (B.A., 1957; B.C.L., 1960) and the University of Paris (Faculté de Droit, 1960/61). He practiced in Montreal until 1968 when he immigrated to Israel where he has been in private practice as of 1969. He also practices as a foreign lawyer in Zurich, Switzerland where the firm has had a branch office since 1998. He has developed a wide range of experience in commercial law with particular emphasis on international tax planning, trusts, corporate law and international transactions. He has also published widely, e.g.: “Legal Aspects of Doing Business in the Middle East – Israel”, International Business Series, Kluwer Law and Taxation Publishers, “International Joint Ventures in Israel”, International Joint Ventures, Matthew Bender & Company, Inc., and various taxation journals. Inbal Faibish Wassmer
Inbal Faibish Wassmer was born in Haifa, Israel. Inbal lives in Switzerland and heads of the Zurich Branch of ROSAK. She was admitted to the Israeli Bar in 2005. She obtained both a law degree and a Bachelor in Economics from the University of Haifa. She has a Master in Law and Economics from the Erasmus Mundus Program in Law and Economics (University of Bologna, Italy and University Paul Cézannes, Aix-Marseilles III, France) and Master in Law from the University of Haifa (LL.M.). Inbal advises individuals, families and corporations worldwide on international taxation, insurance, trusts, estates, wealth planning, philanthropy, financial regulations and immigration. Niv Goldstein was born in Petah Tiqwa, Israel. He was admitted to the Israeli Bar in 2003 and to the New York Bar in 2006. Mr. Goldstein holds an LL.B. from Tel Aviv University (2002), an LL.M. from Duke University, North Carolina (2005), and an MBA, cum laude from Ono Academic College (2010). Prior to joining our firm, Mr. Goldstein was an associate with two prominent law firms in Israel, and during his business studies was the business development manager of an investment company in Israel.
Mr. Goldstein is a member of the firm's corporate and commercial practice and as such advises companies and entrepreneurs on a wide range of corporate law matters, including debt and equity financing, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), collaboration, licensing and distribution agreements, and ongoing corporate matters. Niv is also a member of our tax, trusts and estates practice and as such advises clients on international tax structures, creation, situs and taxation of trusts, family constitutions and financial instruments.
